Cancellation Fee: 50% of the total service cost. 

To ensure that all clients of Autumn Houston the Salon receive the best service we have a cancellation and late policy. All reservations must be canceled or rescheduled 48 hours prior to the reservation time to avoid a cancellation fee. This allows our wait list clients an opportunity to fill your reservation. Arriving on time is absolutely essential to ensuring that all guests are provided with the best service. If you are running late please notify us prior to your appointment time. If you are over 15 minutes late your appointment will be canceled and you will be charged the cancellation fee. By booking a reservation with our salon you automatically agree to these terms and conditions. To ensure a harmonious environment, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
